IMay 25 - Cornwall's Republican
Party has a problem this year, and we're not sure if it can be
fixed.
It's expected
that Dick Randazzo will once again seek re-election as Town Supervisor come
November.
The
problem the Republicans have is that they don't have a warm body who is willing
and able to challenge Dick.
With no candidate there's no race
and Dick doesn't even have to bother dusting off the dozens of "Randazzo for
Supervisor" signs he has squirreled away in his garage.
Will the Republicans put up a
candidate for Supervisor? Yeah, probably. But unless it is a candidate who has
credibility there seems to be no point.
